IRS take the 5th – guess I know what to tell them next year when they ask questions….

Top IRS Official to Plead Fifth

Tuesday afternoon a bombshell was dropped into the already explosive IRS scandal when it was reported that Lois Lerner, a top IRS official in the non-profit division that paralyzed Tea Party groups with ongoing harassment, would invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer questions during Congressional testimony schedule before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday.

The LA Times reports that Lerner will refuse to answer any questions about what she knows about the targeting of conservative groups. She will also refuse to explain why she is refusing to answer questions.

Lerner has retained defense attorney William W. Taylor 3rd, who sent a letter to Darrell Issa, the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee. In the letter Taylor said, “She has not committed any crime or made any misrepresentation but under the circumstances she has no choice but to take this course.”

Taylor is hoping Issa will excuse his client from having to testify in order to save her the embarrassment of having to invoke the Fifth in public. Per The L.A. Times, the committee hasn’t yet answered her request one way or the other.

ADDED: National Journal reports that Issa “has issued a subpoena to Lerner anyway.

I got may answers ready for my next audit … I’m sorry I’m taking the 5th, because if the IRS can do it so can I.

IRS: Not Politically Motovated …

Former Commissioner Miller says that selective audits of the conservative groups was not politically motivated, but can’t cite a single progressive group targeted for for additional questioning.

Hmmmm?

Also claims that there was nothing illegal with anything that the IRS did – really?

Hmmmm?

Then way were you fired?

Hmmmm?

IRS ask for the context and prayers, what does this have to do with taxes?

Hmmmm?

I’m sure it’s all just a simple misunderstanding …

Obama fired 3 generals, admiral to cover up Benghazi…

Maj. Gen. Ralph Baker, commander of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, was fired March 28, according to a Washington Defense official.

The command is headquartered in Djibouti and runs U.S. military operations in East Africa, including some counter-terrorism operations.

Baker, a two-star general, is appealing the firing, which was ordered by his boss, Gen. Carter Ham, the commanding general of all U.S. military operations across Africa.

He was relieved of his duty for loss of confidence, three Defense officials told CNN.

It was second embarrassing dismissal of a high ranking officer involved in the U.S. military hierarchy in Africa in five months.

Gen. William “Kip” Ward, the first four-star general to command U.S. military operations in Africa, was demoted for excessive spending from duty at U.S. Africa Command (Africom).

He lost one star and retired a lieutenant general.

Ward used his rank to shuttle his wife on shopping sprees, enjoyed a lavish beachfront trip and once accepted a Defense contractor’s gift of going backstage to meet actor Denzel Washington.

There are reports that two high-ranking military officers, Rear Admiral Charles Gaouette and General Carter Ham, were fired by Obama for wanting to come to the assistance of the beleaguered U.S. missions in Benghazi.

List of those against the 2nd Amendment compiled by the NRA …

The following organizations have lent monetary, grassroots or some other type of direct support to anti-gun organizations. In many instances, these organizations lent their name in support of specific campaigns to pass anti-gun legislation such as the March 1995 HCI “Campaign to Protect Sane Gun Laws.” Many of these organizations were listed as “Campaign Partners,” for having pledged to fight any efforts to repeal the Brady Act and the Clinton “assault weapons” ban. All have officially endorsed anti-gun positions.

Congressional Black Caucus Begs for Mercy for Criminal Jesse Jackson, Jr.: He Was “Highlight of our Karaoke Nights”

Via Jammie Wearing Fool

So what if he’s an unrepentant criminal? He can read song lyrics off a teleprompter!

I wandered into a nuance-free zone on Tuesday, reading the first wave of letters (there were 14) that the public sent to a federal judge regarding the July 1 sentencing of Jesse Jackson Jr. and wife Sandi.

People who know the couple are asking for leniency. Folks who only know of them — a onetime congressman and former alderman who looted $750,000 from campaign funds to bankroll a seven-year indulgent spending spree — want them shown no special mercy.

There were no in-betweens.

Eight of the letters argued for a break. The most prominent advocate for Jesse Jackson was Rep. Marcia Fudge (D-Ohio), chair of the Congressional Black Caucus.

Fudge wrote that even though she and some congressional colleagues in hindsight saw signs of his bipolar illness “during the last 4 to 5 years,” nevertheless, he was a “tireless advocate for the poor and underserved.” He was also the charming “highlight of our karaoke nights.”

Maybe he should have given some of that stolen loot to the “poor and underserved.” We also wonder if any white people were invited to the CBC karaoke nights?

AFL-CIO Boss Slams Wal-Mart for Hiring Veterans Instead Of Union Workers…

Really?

From the “What On Earth Where They Thinking?” files: Union boss Rich Trumka, head of the powerful AFL-CIO, has taken the White House to task for the president’s support of a Walmart program to expedite hiring of military veterans, according to the Hill. Seriously.

You may recall that, in January, Walmart announced a hiring initiative to provide jobs (at least part-time) to any veteran who passed a basic background check. Iwrote supportively of the program at the time.

It may not be a comprehensive and enduring answer to the problem of veterans’ unemployment, but it’s a start, and it’s driven entirely by private-sector initiative. To their credit, the Obama administration offered praise for Walmart’s effort.

Enter Trumka with his ham-handed critique of this well-meaning initiative. Why would a union leader go on record criticizing a veterans’ hiring initiative? Could it be that he has a personal axe to grind with Walmart because they haven’t caved to his every demand? Either way, we wondered if maybe something had been lost in translation, so we checked out Trumka’s full statement at the AFL-CIO website.

When you try to rape yourself you will get screwed …

Police say 28-year-old undergrad threatened herself with rape in Facebook hoax

A student at the University of Wyoming has been charged with interference with a police investigation after she allegedly posted on an anonymous social media page that she would like to engage in angry sexual intercourse with someone named “Meg Lanker Simons.”

The University of Wyoming Police Department now says the posting was a hoax written by — wait for it — Meghan Lanker-Simons.

So I was curious what does someone that threatens to hatefuck themselves while trying to blame it on a imaginary conservative male look like … I pictured in my minds eye a pastie, homely, overweight, big mouthed hag that no conservative male would want to hatefuck or even see naked or even be in the same room with or admit to even knowing … well I found a actual photo of Meghan Lanker-Simons and guess what … I was right on the money ….

It’s liberalism folks, it’s a mental disorder and only knowledge will cure them.

More left wing failures …

fail

Do you need another reason not to trust the media …

I haven’t posted much lately because well… I have better things to do than to bang my head against the freaking wall and that is all it feels like anymore … however since the Boston bombing I’ve heard several media outlet and liberal politician talking about how it was probably some conservative right wing nut job specifically a Tea Party Member because the bombing was on tax day… really? A right winger is going to set off a bomb at a marathon because it’s tax day? You’ve got to be freaking kidding me! Now I’m not going to walk you through every example and every statement and there wishful dreams of a right wing bomber but suffice to say that it is a sad an pathetic that the media and the liberals would first go to other Americans as the attacker …

So do you need another reason not to trust the liberal media and it’s nearly every media outlet? Have they not showed their bias enough yet? Their agenda? They weren’t thinking like a normal sane Americans that some terrorist had bombed us… no, no, no they were thinking like a partisan hack so full of rage and hate against anyone that doesn’t agree with them that someone on the other side of the political aisle had bombed us … seriously does bombing a bunch of civilians at a marathon sound like something a right wing Tea Party member would do? I don’t think so! Does bombing anything sound like a right winger? NO! That’s not their MO, it’s not their style … every example of domestic act terrorism performed by a American I can think of can be traced directly back to the left winger and a member of the Democrat, but I didn’t hear those on the right pointing fingers at those on the left out of the box, no they were saying looks like a terrorist attack, smells like a terrorist attack and damn if it wasn’t a terrorist attack by of all things a couple of Islamic nut sacks.

And since it’s a terrorist attack it accomplished want it set out to do… it created terrorism and is altering the American way of life. More restrictions on sporting events, less freedom for you because of these terrorist the government will use this as an excuse to take more of your freedom! Never let a good crisis go to waste!

Don’t doubt me and the media like willing lap dogs will support and promote the government’s power grab and go right back to trying to find some evil write winger while calling a jihadist terrorist attack a lone wolf and ignore their Islamic terrorism ties.

I’m sick of them all … this two terrorist have been in this country since they were small children and said they had no American friends? Well who’s fault is that? Where did they learn to hate America and it’s people? Who’s fault is it that they failed to assimilate into our culture? Well it’s their fault and it’s the fault of the overly liberal school systems for teaching that our country is bad and guilty of domineering other countries, that America should be guilty of it’s prosperity and that America over all is a bad place … we no longer teach American pride, American exceptionalism, we don’t encourage or promote the America culture and all the things that make America great! No we have liberal socialist and many times racist teachers, teaching white guilt and some mythical white privilege and to except other cultures here as superior to the domestic American culture. They fall to teach the greatness of America, national pride and founding and struggle to rise from nothing to the greatest nation known to man … no these liberal asshats teach that kids should be ashamed to be American and if you don’t think this played into the mindset of these two terrorist – well then you are as clueless as the teachers that taught them.

I’m telling you liberal want to point fingers? Look in the mirror libtards and you’ll find the accomplish to the crime.

California Proposes Law to allow Infertility Treatment for Gay Couples … seems two men or women can’t have a baby naturally.

CA Proposes Law to Force Insurance to Cover Homosexual ‘Infertility’

Two men who have sex with each other for a year and do not produce a baby would be considered “infertile” under the proposed legislation. So would two women having sex. Since biology does not allow those without a uterus to conceive or those without a penis to impregnate, every year-long gay couple in California would potentially be covered by this new provision of California law.

As I’ve said I don’t care if you are gay, queer, homosexual – whatever … but don’t start whining that you should have the same reproductive rights as couples that are actually equipped to  reproduce, it is a biological impossibility for two human males or two females to reproduce with out active contribution of a member of the OPPOSITE sex … that’s way there are two sexes and not one sex, otherwise the entire planet could go screw itself.

So let me explain these as easily as I can so even liberals understand it …
