IRS: Not Politically Motovated …

Former Commissioner Miller says that selective audits of the conservative groups was not politically motivated, but can’t cite a single progressive group targeted for for additional questioning.

Hmmmm?

Also claims that there was nothing illegal with anything that the IRS did – really?

Hmmmm?

Then way were you fired?

Hmmmm?

IRS ask for the context and prayers, what does this have to do with taxes?

Hmmmm?

I’m sure it’s all just a simple misunderstanding …

Do you need another reason not to trust the media …

I haven’t posted much lately because well… I have better things to do than to bang my head against the freaking wall and that is all it feels like anymore … however since the Boston bombing I’ve heard several media outlet and liberal politician talking about how it was probably some conservative right wing nut job specifically a Tea Party Member because the bombing was on tax day… really? A right winger is going to set off a bomb at a marathon because it’s tax day? You’ve got to be freaking kidding me! Now I’m not going to walk you through every example and every statement and there wishful dreams of a right wing bomber but suffice to say that it is a sad an pathetic that the media and the liberals would first go to other Americans as the attacker …

So do you need another reason not to trust the liberal media and it’s nearly every media outlet? Have they not showed their bias enough yet? Their agenda? They weren’t thinking like a normal sane Americans that some terrorist had bombed us… no, no, no they were thinking like a partisan hack so full of rage and hate against anyone that doesn’t agree with them that someone on the other side of the political aisle had bombed us … seriously does bombing a bunch of civilians at a marathon sound like something a right wing Tea Party member would do? I don’t think so! Does bombing anything sound like a right winger? NO! That’s not their MO, it’s not their style … every example of domestic act terrorism performed by a American I can think of can be traced directly back to the left winger and a member of the Democrat, but I didn’t hear those on the right pointing fingers at those on the left out of the box, no they were saying looks like a terrorist attack, smells like a terrorist attack and damn if it wasn’t a terrorist attack by of all things a couple of Islamic nut sacks.

And since it’s a terrorist attack it accomplished want it set out to do… it created terrorism and is altering the American way of life. More restrictions on sporting events, less freedom for you because of these terrorist the government will use this as an excuse to take more of your freedom! Never let a good crisis go to waste!

Don’t doubt me and the media like willing lap dogs will support and promote the government’s power grab and go right back to trying to find some evil write winger while calling a jihadist terrorist attack a lone wolf and ignore their Islamic terrorism ties.

I’m sick of them all … this two terrorist have been in this country since they were small children and said they had no American friends? Well who’s fault is that? Where did they learn to hate America and it’s people? Who’s fault is it that they failed to assimilate into our culture? Well it’s their fault and it’s the fault of the overly liberal school systems for teaching that our country is bad and guilty of domineering other countries, that America should be guilty of it’s prosperity and that America over all is a bad place … we no longer teach American pride, American exceptionalism, we don’t encourage or promote the America culture and all the things that make America great! No we have liberal socialist and many times racist teachers, teaching white guilt and some mythical white privilege and to except other cultures here as superior to the domestic American culture. They fall to teach the greatness of America, national pride and founding and struggle to rise from nothing to the greatest nation known to man … no these liberal asshats teach that kids should be ashamed to be American and if you don’t think this played into the mindset of these two terrorist – well then you are as clueless as the teachers that taught them.

I’m telling you liberal want to point fingers? Look in the mirror libtards and you’ll find the accomplish to the crime.

Thank you Chief Justice Roberts… (WTF did AWG just say?)

That’s right I said “Thank you John Roberts” … I know have I lost my mind? Have I drown in the liberal Kool-Aid cesspool? No! And a thousand times no…  but think about it – what mobilized the 2010 conservative vote? ObamaCare. What brought about the creation of the Tea Party? ObamaCare. What pisses off the freedom loving Americans more than about anything else? ObamaCare.

So logic would dictate that this will happen again 2012 in spades. (Oh is that racist? I don’t care.) So thank you John Roberts for waking a massive sleeping giant – they’re back and they’re pissed off and they’ve got money!

Here is the deal and I’ll keep this short – the good news is the commerce clause was protected and the power of government was limited there. The bad news is there is nothing now that the government can’t tax now with this insane ruling – with this law you’re being taxed just for being alive, just for breathing, just for being American! (Don’t worry illegal’s you’ll still get handouts on our dime – no tax for you.)

Hell the EPA just won an legal appeal in the court the they can regulate CO2 … do you know what CO2 is? It’s the very air you exhale and now the government is going to regulate it? How? Through ObamaCare by making more people breath their last?

The very people this is supposed to help will now have to pay a huge fine tax that they can’t afford. So while they are jumping around cheering they fail to realize how this will affect them. Obama said no new taxes on anyone making under $250,000 now every class is going to pay for this … uppermiddlelowerno class and these morons are cheering for it?

Republicans: Ruling focuses election on Obama’s health care tax

The high court’s ruling leaves in place 21 tax increases in the health-care law costing more than $675 billion over the next 10 years, according to the House Ways and Means Committee. Of those, 12 tax hikes would affect families earning less than $250,000 per year, the panel said, including a “Cadillac tax” on high-cost insurance plans, a tax on insurance providers, and an excise tax on medical device manufacturers.

Comprehensive List of Obama Tax Hikes

But the problem is that the tax at it’s current levels cost less than health care so many people and employers will dump their health care and go with the fine tax but as the number of people that can no long get or afford private health care dwindles the cost of health care will rise and eventually no one will be able to afford private health care and Obama will get to the single payer he wants, with single pryer they can dictate the price they will pay for services much like Medicare and Medicaid does now and few and few people will go into medicine and more and more hospital will close as it will no longer be profitable to be in medicine making it’s harder to get. Put the liberals cheer.

So thanks to ObamaCare in the coming years health care will be harder to get and the government will dictate to you how you live, what you eat, what you drink and if you fail to compile and follow their rules – you will be denied service.

So in short Justice Roberts just stripped you of many of your freedoms and dropped a massive amount of new taxes on you and for once it’s Bush’s fault.

Sen. Rand Paul Defends Property Owners from Federal Agencies

WRITTEN BY TOM DEWEESE

U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has just introduced legislation designed to rein in out-of- control federal agencies such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers. The bill, if enacted, will be a vital blow to the enforcement of radical environmental/Agenda 21- inspired regulations. The bill is called the Defense of Environment and Property Act of 2012 (S.2122).

A little history: in 1972, as the environmental movement was getting its start through popular efforts to stop pollution in our rivers and air, Congress passed the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (later called the Clean Water Act). The law prohibited the discharge of pollutants into “navigable waters” without a federal permit. The problems began when the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers made a power grab by enforcing the act over ponds, occasional mud puddles, and even dry lands by labeling them as wet lands.

The result has been disastrous to property owners and businesses, sometimes even leading to jail sentences to “violators.”

The result of such outrageous interpretations of the Clean Water Act has led Senator Paul to introduce his bill to do the following:

Redefine “navigable waters” to explicitly clarify that waters must actually be navigable in fact, or “permanent, standing, or continuously flowing bodies of water that form geographical features commonly known as streams, oceans, rivers and lakes that are connected to waters that are navigable — in fact.”

  • Excludes ephemeral or intermittent streams — the streams that sometimes form when rain falls — from federal jurisdiction.
  • Restrains the EPA and Army Corps from regulating or “interpreting” the definition of a navigable water without Congressional authorization.
  • Protects the rights of states to have primary authority over the land and water within their borders.
  • Prohibits federal agents from entering private property without the express consent of the landowner
  • Requires the government to pay double the value of the land to any landowner whose property value is diminished by a wetlands designation.

Why is it necessary to write such juvenile-sounding legislation to define what any reasonable person should already understand? Who doesn’t know what a river is? Apparently the EPA and Army Corps have little regard for such details as they zealously attack private property in the name of environmental protection. American citizens have been literally terrorized by these agencies and the consequences have been dire.

Some examples:

  • Florida resident Ocie Mills planned to build a dream house for his son. He brought in 19 loads of clean building sand, cleared a dry ditch and began filling the ditch with sand to level the ground for the foundation. The Army Corps of Engineers sent him a notice demanding he immediately stop the fill because they considered the property to be a wet land. The Florida Department of Environmental Regulations (DER) sent out an agent who determined that the land was not a wetlands. Ocie resumed dumping fill on the foundation site. The Army Corps disagreed and sent US Marshalls to arrest Ocie and his son. In a trial with no legal representation Ocie was not allowed to submit evidence that the DER did NOT consider his land a wetland. As a result a panel of three federal judges sentenced both Ocie and his son to 21 months in jail with no parole and a fine of $5,250 each. Six years later in a retrial a judge ruled that the land was not a wetlands.
  • John Pozgai served a three year prison term for violating the Clean Water Act on his property in Pennsylvania. His crime? Pozgai, a first generation immigrant who escaped communist Eastern Europe, bought property that was being used as an illegal dump. The dump contained a storm water drainage system and a storm water drainage ditch dating back to 1936. The township was responsible for maintaining the drainage ditch but failed to do so, and that failure caused flooding on the adjacent road and in the Pozgai home. It had done so for 20 years. When Pozgai bought the land he began to clean out thousands of dumped tires, many of which were blocking the storm water drainage ditch. The Army Corps of Engineers declared the standing water caused by the plugged drainage ditch to be a wetlands. John Pozgai, who survived the tyranny of communism, couldn’t beat the outrages of environmental zealots empowered with the force of government, which refuses to recognize private property rights.
  • Charlie Johnson’s family has been growing cranberries on his small farm near Carver, Massachusetts since the 1920s. The federal government prepared to take Johnson to court, claiming that many of the cranberry bogs were created in violation of the 1972 Clean Water Act. The EPA asked for permission to enter Johnson’s property to collect data. Johnson gave his approval, believing he had nothing to hide. He later discovered that the EPA wanted to return his land to wetlands under the assumption that wetland conditions existed on the property before Johnson’s cranberry bogs were constructed. He explained the bogs were originally constructed on dry sandy land that formerly contained a variety of forested uplands. The EPA based its theory on a number of small aerial photos taken during spring thaws when much of the land is underwater because of melting snow. If Johnson loses his case he will be forced to destroy his cranberry bogs and convert his property to artificial wetlands.

These are just a very few examples of the tyranny raining down on honest Americans who are simply trying to use their land and live in peace. When confronted by government officials they went to the “proper” authorities to assure they did the right thing. Many times they were misdirected by those very government agents and then trapped by it. Then they were fined, harassed and some went to jail for their “crimes.”

There is no room in a free society for such power-mad zealots in our government. Senator Paul’s bill is designed to bring a semblance of sanity and reason back to environmental regulations.

The EPA, Army Corps and other agencies of the government have been using the intimidation of government power to enforce the policies of Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development. These policies do not recognize private property rights and they have made a sham out of the rule of law and the court system, replacing it with rule by edict. Until now these outlaw agencies have terrorized American citizens without interference or control by their rightful masters — Congress.

However, little by little, in state legislatures and now in Congress, new legislation is being proposed to return sanity and control. Senator Paul’s Defense of Environment and Property Act is a start. It must be supported by everyone who professes allegiance to the Constitution and to the Republic for which it stands. With such action, step by step, we can restore that Republic of our Founders. Call your Senators and demand they support S.2122.

Please support this bill and reign in government power.

Vice President Rand Paul?

Study: Over 20 debates, Paul attacked Romney’s rivals 39 times — but never once attacked Romney

Caveat: The study comes from Think Progress. But in case you’re inclined to doubt it because of its provenance, note that The Corner’s Patrick Brennan also reviewed transcripts from the last seven debates dating back to January 7 and found just one instance of Paul criticizing Romney — and that criticism was brief and mild.

Out: Conspiracy theories advanced by Ron Paul. In: Conspiracy theories involving Ron Paul.

While Paul has freely attacked Romney’s top rivals, he has never once attacked Romney…

Paul has gone beyond merely refraining from attacks. He has actively defended Romney on some of his biggest vulnerabilities…

Paul has also run advertisements attacking Romney’s key rivals at critical times. He ran hundreds of thousands of dollars in brutally negative ads attacking Gingrich in Iowa. Paul now is using his scarce funds on a television ad attacking Rick Santorum in Michigan, a key state where Paul is a non-factor.

NOTE I’m not endorsing or supporting anyone here all of the GOP candidates are less than stellar – but I’ll vote for one over the asshat in office now in a skinny minute… so I have had a theory for a while now about this and I’m not the only one… first, Ron Paul is just a little too nutty to attract the majority of the voter and even IF he was only on the ticket as VP and IF  Romney was the one to get the nod – many would not come out to vote for this ticket.

Now Ron Paul’s son Kentucky Senator Rand Paul who wiped the floor with an establishment GOP candidate Tray Grayson who was supported by the NRC and Mitch McConnell is a more mainstream, less fringe, less crazy version of Ron Paul… Rand who was supported and endorsed by Sarah Palin, the Tea Party and several of  conservative groups is unlike his father in many ways even though the left desperately tries to label him as such – which is easy to debunk by pointing out Ronald Reagan and his libtard son Ron Reagan… that’s a case closed – so if Ron Paul is not attacking Romney in the debates and vice versa from what I read as I admit I haven’t watched a single debate… then I think he is setting up Rand Paul to be picked as VP because if Rand Paul got the pick then those people against Ron Paul would be more likely to vote for the more even keeled Rand and it would draw in all of the rabid Paulies to Romney’s side.

UPDATE: Post Michigan primary Ron Paul released a recycled mild attack ad on Ronmey but the same ad hit the other candidates harder.

I know I have a lot of friends and readers that just love Ron Paul and I catch hell from them for not supporting him and saying he is a little nutty at times and it is all because of his foreign policies that suck! SUCK OUT LOUD! Ron is great on the economy but you can’t ignore the wolf outside the door which Ron Paul does all the time. Now understand I like Ron Paul as a person I’ve met him and talked to him when his son was just a lowly candidate for Senate and I’ve met and talked to Rand Paul several times and Rand is a real down to earth person not pretentious in the least, has a great family and has a understanding of foreign policy and energy independence.

See Ronmey is really, really weak – dangerously weak with the Tea Party, Conservative, Evangelicals, Libertarians, gun owners and various other groups that generally like Rand Paul and his Libertarian views of small government, low taxation, Constitutional adherence, and personal freedom and responsibility.

So I think Ron Paul is setting up Rand Paul for a VP pick because he would pull in the southern vote, the Tea Party vote,  the Libertarians vote, the Constitutional vote and the all important Texas vote… all of the votes that Ronmey would have great difficulty securing or bringing out on his own.

Additionally Rand Paul would pull in those that don’t like Romney because of his height and perfect hair… securing the short, bad hair vote – but to be honest I think Rand Paul is better off in the Senate than in a do nothing job of VP.

Last thought – I also know a lot of people think Marco Rubio is going to be the pick… frankly I don’t think Rubio would bring enough cojones to the table nor draw in the Hispanic vote the way some think – remember Rubio turned his back on the Tea Party by refusing to join the caucus and while the Tea Party isn’t as vocal as it has been it is still out there in very large numbers.

In the end I think Romney will get the nod, not real thrilled with another establishment picked non-conservative like McCain or Dole being pushed on us – but as I said in the beginning I’ll vote for a sock puppet before I’ll vote for a socialist, Marxist egomaniac.

Runaway Slave the movie…

Blacks Enslaved by Left, Argues New Film

Around 200 people gathered in a D.C. theater last night to watch the Washington premiere of Runaway Slave, a documentary by African-American Tea Party activist Rev. C. L. Bryant that encourages the black community to rethink its 95 percent voting rate for the Democratic Party.

Drawing on the history and language of slavery, the film argues that the Democratic Party and the welfare state are the new version of the slave-holding plantation, keeping black people mentally enslaved.

In the opening of the documentary, Bryant visits dueling Washington, D.C., rallies. At the Lincoln Memorial, Glenn Beck leads the “Restoring Honor” rally while the Rev. Al Sharpton leads the “Reclaim the Dream” rally in an African-American section of the city.

“Why aren’t these Americans with the others?” Bryant asks. “Why are we divided along racial lines?”

I haven’t seen this film yet but I plan to as soon as I can – it high time that the black community addresses the issue that negatively effect the black community that many other communities can see, but are called racist if they dare point them out.

Hank Johnson: Fast and Furious is the Tea Party and NRA’s fault…

Hank "Guam will flip over" Johnson

Rep. Hank Johnson accused the tea party movement and the National Rifle Association of creating an “manufactured” controversy over Operation Fast and Furious

Georgia Democratic Rep. Hank Johnson accused the tea party movement and the National Rifle Association of creating an “manufactured” controversy over Operation Fast and Furious Thursday.

Johnson’s comments came during an interview with The Daily Caller outside the House Judiciary Committee hearing room. Attorney General Eric Holder was testifying before the committee about Fast and Furious — a Justice Department program where Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents facilitated the sale of about 2,000 guns to Mexican drug cartels.

“I think this is another manufactured controversy by the second amendment, NRA Republican tea party movement,” Johnson said.
