Bill O’Reilly the spin zone

While I’m on the theme of bashing Bill O’Reilly because he is so bashable for being a pinhead. I believe that I halfway heard a promotion for his upcoming Monday night show and I think they said they were going to debate “climate change” better known as global warming better known as snake oil better known as a hoax. So anywho in recent days O’Reilly has somewhat mocked those that believe in Global Warming, I’m fine with that … but here is pinhead and John Stossel in the “No spin zone”. Pay attention to about the 3:10 and the 4:35 mark skip ahead to them if you want to…

O’Reilly said “Only the deity knows if the planet is warming or not and it’s ALWAYS been his philosophy” O’RLY O’Reilly?
And then he says “the ONLY reason this global warming think is crazy is because of the media” and you work for who Bill?

A bold fresh piece of reality for Bill O’Reilly

Who is this guy? Why it's Roger B Taney - who's that?

First, I’m not a lawyer I don’t play one on TV, stage, Community Theater or around the house nor am I a Constitution or Lincoln scholar, however I can read and write… and therefore I’m dangerous. The other night Bill O’Reilly had Mark Potok from the (SPLC) Southern Poverty Law Center, which is about as left wing loon as you can get and has the credibility of a back ally hooker on crack. Potok is the ineptly name “Intelligence Project” director for the southern Poverty Law Center.

They were talking about militia groups and Potok accused Tea Party Protesters and the group the Oath Keepers as anti-government, anti-tax militia groups and O’Reilly appearing to side with the left-wing SPLC group, never questioned there history of false charges and questioned the Oath Keeper’s opinion that the government did not have the constitution right to remove fire arms from private citizens as they did in New Orleans during Katrina which Mr. ‘I went to Harvard’ O’Reilly should have known that they did not.

Here is what Bill O’Reilly’s version of the Second Amendment seems to be…

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed, unless it’s quite breezy and rainy then all bets are off.”

I don’t know what Harvard educated Bill O’Reilly is looking at but nowhere in the Constitution is it written this document void in case of inclement weather, not even on the back in invisible ink only visible with you wear really fancy glasses and in fact Mr. Know it all Bill you will love this New Orleans lost a lawsuit with the NRA for violating the US Constitution with the unlawful confiscation of privately owned weapons. Why didn’t your Cracker Jack research team turn up that little fact, huh? It says…

After a three-year legal battle over the unconstitutional confiscation of lawfully owned firearms, the City of New Orleans has agreed to settle a law suit by the National Rifle Association (NRA). A permanent injunction has been issued against the city, Mayor Ray Nagin and current Police Chief Warren Riley.

Bill O’Reilly Advocates Gun Confiscation in Interview with Oath Keepers Founder Stewart Rhodes
(Embedded video of both Mark Potok and Stewart Rhodes)

Bill O’Reilly Supports Gun Confiscation During Weather Emergencies

The Oath Keepers are not some right-wing nut group, whereas the Southern Poverty Law Center is a left-wing nut group that smears, spreads fear and stereotypes with little or no proof – the Oath Keeper state that they, as did I took a oath to protect and defend the constitution of the United States and with that will not carry out any unconstitutional orders no matter who they are from. O’Reilly who has never taken a oath doesn’t understands that – and insisted that people picking and choosing what orders they would carry out would be anarchy well I agree it would be anarchy if that was the case which it’s not. O’Reilly misses that point entirely – the constitution is rather clear, the Bill of Rights is rather clear and any order that violates the constitution is a unlawful order and not to be obeyed. In fact obeying a unlawful order is in itself unlawful and taking away the weapons of private law biding citizens is a violation of Federal Law and the constitution. Bill might want to get a clue.

After Stewart Rhodes of the Oath Keepers explained this to Harvard educated Bill — O’Reilly shot back that Abraham Lincoln suspended habeas corpus during the Civil War and therefore it was legal for the government to collect weapons from private citizens in a sense depriving them of their Second Amendment rights. How he made this leap is beyond me but okay I’ll play along. The connection that Billy Boy is trying and failing to make is that Lincoln suspended constitutional right with the suspension of habeas corpus and that rounding up folks weapons is therefore constitutional in times of emergencies – fine let’s look at that and see just how wrong Billy really is about Lincoln as he is about the US Constitution can be rained out.

Ok that was the short of it – here is more detail and new info below the fold. Read more…

Snobby Overexposure

Barack_Obama_overexposedOverexposure or would that be Obamaexposure?
Yep as if no one has never seen him, Obama hits nearly all the Sunday talk shows, nearly…

He’ll be on…

ABC’s ‘This Week’ with George Stephanopoulos
CNN’s State of the Union With John King
CBS’ Face The Nation with Bob Schieffer
NBC’s Meet The Press with David Gregory
Univision’s Al Punto (Who the hall watches Univision?)
and then David Letterman’s “Late Show” on Monday.

Missing from this line up is Chris Wallace with ‘Fox News Sunday’ and earlier this week White House Jester Robert Gibbs said…

“I don’t think we will look back at a series of interviews as a game changing moment,”

Well of course it’s not a game changer Robert as Obama is going into friendly waters that will only be seen by his Kool-aid drinking liberal base and he’ll face a series of powder-puff questions and a sympathetic ear to his whining. If you want to change the game you are going to have to play ball on the seemingly opponents field as it would seem that most of those that watch Fox News is where you will find the majority of ObamaCare doubters, and if you are afraid to face your critics and then you are no leader. Obama clearly has a hard time taking criticism and facing those that don’t agree with him and until he can step up to the plate and be a man he will never win the fight no matter how many speeches he make or administration friendly shows he goes on, this is likely in my opinion Obama biggest weakness, his ego… it’s like a peach and bruises easily. This administration is one of the biggest group of babies I’ve ever seen… and others too.

Seriously the man needs to shut up, grow up, put his big girl panties on and do his job which it is becoming ever more evident to more and more Americans that he hasn’t a clue what he’s doing or that he has a plan and is up to no good, for someone that talks as much as he does he still manages to not say anything. Seriously read one of his speeches and then tell me what it said… nothing, not a damn thing. Just empty rhetoric or should I say it’s “just words, just speeches”?

Obama Hypocrisy

Today in response to Rep Joe Wilson’s apology to yelling out “YOU LIE!” Obama said…

Tensions remain after Joe Wilson apology

“We have to get to the point where we can have a conversation about big important issues that matter to the American people without vitriol, without name calling, without the assumption of the worst in other people’s motives,” Obama said.

Roll back the hands of time to Obama’s speech last night…

Some of people’s concerns have grown out of bogus claims spread by those whose only agenda is to kill reform at any cost. The best example is the claim made not just by radio and cable talk show hosts, but by prominent politicians, that we plan to set up panels of bureaucrats with the power to kill off senior citizens. Now, such a charge would be laughable if it weren’t so cynical and irresponsible. It is a lie, plain and simple.

Who’s name calling?

Need I go into the Nancy Pelosi saying opponents are Nazis, Robert Gibbs calling opponents mobs and thugs, and the list of Democrat name calling goes on and on and on….

I believe the name calling started on the left side of the aisles.

Companies Boycott Glenn Beck, I say return the favor boycott them.

boycott

UPDATE: Is there really a boycott of Glenn Beck?
also www.defendglenn.com/
Boycott Leader “Color of Change” a Radical Group

Well the loons on the left and racist groups are putting the pressure on Glenn Beck’s show, so you put pressure on them with your money. Avoid their stores, products and let them know.

Why? Glenn Beck said Obama is a racist… well he is and he really showed it in the Gates issue, quick call for a boycott of my blog I called “The One” a racist.

Send this list to your friends and let them know to speak with their cash and let the companies know and remember if you shop at their stores or buy their products you are supporting the restriction of free speech.

Direct URL is ….
http://www.angrywhiteguy.com/?p=3567

Now I enjoy Beck I think he’s a bit nutty at times, but to boycott him for exercising free speech is just wrong. If they have a problem with free speech then I have a problem with them, so the following companies well no longer get my business and I think there are more of us than there is of them.

These morons are saying that calling someone a racist is racist… please find me some duct tape. Political correctness gone mad.

Twenty companies have pulled their ads from Beck’s show in just the last two weeks. The moves come after the Fox News host called President Obama a “racist” who “has a deep-seated hatred for white people” during an appearance on Fox & Friends. Previous companies who pulled their ads include ConAgra, GEICO, Lawyers.com, Men’s Wearhouse, Procter & Gamble, Progressive Insurance, RadioShack, Roche, SC Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, Sargento, and State Farm Insurance.

“We are heartened to see so many corporate citizens step up in support of our campaign against Glenn Beck,” said James Rucker, executive director of ColorOfChange.org. “Their action sends a clear a message to Glenn Beck: Broadcasters shouldn’t abuse the privilege they enjoy by spewing dangerous and racially charged hate language over the air. No matter their political affiliation, hate language doesn’t belong in our national dialogue.”

“Walmart [sic] today confirmed the retailer pulled ads from the Glenn Beck show on August 3rd,” said David Tovar, a spokesperson for Wal-Mart, in an email to ColorOfChange.org.

“While advertising on Fox is part of our communication plan, we had not requested time on Glenn Beck’s show specifically,” said Carolyn Castel, Vice President of Corporate Communications for CVS Caremark, in an email to ColorOfChange.org. “We have instructed our advertising agency to inform Fox to ensure Glenn Beck’s program is not part of our advertising plan.”

Color of Change is one of those race-baiting groups that’s behind a lot of this pressure, think of them as the web based Al Sharpton/Jessie Jackson. (remember the Jena 6)  This group Color of Change, founded by Van Jones an Obama czar may be behind the boycott.Van Jones a self proclaimed communist who was appointed Green Jobs Czar in March is the founder of Color of Change. The group has applied pressure to Glenn Beck’s sponsors; it seems to have worked for the time being.

“It’s preposterous and absurd,” Rucker says of Beck’s opinion. “It’s insulting to black Americans; and it corrupts honest debate. Anyone who uses such a platform to spew such vitriol, whether Glenn Beck or anyone else, has no place on the air, and we at Color Of Change would use every resource available to us to remove corporate sponsorship from their platform.”

No what preposterous and absurd is a thinking what Beck said was racist, moron.

So here is a list of companies to contact and boycott.

Re-Bath
Better re-think their choice.

Here’s a form letter to them…

[name of company]

It has come to my attention that you have opted to pull you advertising from the Glenn Beck program on FoxNews do to pressure from left-wing hate groups. I applaud Mr. Beck for exercising his constitution right of free speech and while I may not agree with his ever word, he has the right in America to say it. However, it would seem your company has a problem with freedom of expression and therefore I’ll exercise my freedom to shop elsewhere. If your company is so easily pressured by known hate groups such as Color of Change, then you are a company I will not do business with.

[name]

Yes I could write a better letter, but it’s late and I’m tired.

ATTENTION Shepherd Smith MSNBC is calling.

Shepherd Smith the “Studio B” and “Fox Report” anchor on FNC really should just go ahead and go on over to MSNBC where he’d feel more at home. Normally I ignore or overlook reporters like Brian Williams, Katie Couric, Chris Matthews, Geraldo Rivera or Keith Olbermann… however I’ve had it with Shepherd Smith and if you look at Fox’s rating a lot of people have, high during everything BUT Shepherd Smith and his rating are getting lower. People are sick of him and if they wanted to hear a Obama cheerleader they have plenty of other channels for that.

But I’m not alone, not even close…

Case in point (which I’ll let Pamela Geller make)
Shepard Smith has got to go
and Joe Kovacs report
Shep Smith attacks right-wing ‘crazies’

But while Shepherd Smith is talking down to Republicans and conservatives from his liberal elitist perch, let us not forget the Shepherd Smith is the real crazy here.

Shepard Smith was arrested by Florida for aggravated battery

Baby Barry Obama punishes Fox News at enchanted presser.

obama_mad_foxRemember the love-fest press conference Obama had on if 100 day “enchanted” celebration? Well it would seem that the reason why Fox News wasn’t called on it was because Fox Network wouldn’t carry the Obama-ganda presser Wednesday night according to Fox News White House reporter Major Garrett. So in typical Obama narcissist style he punished Fox News, is anybody really all that surprised that Obama behaved childishly?

Fox Network opted to carry the show “Lie to Me” which is about the same thing as a presidential press conference and they had much higher rating on the hour.

Major Garrett: I was told Obama might not call on me if Fox didn’t carry his presser

White Rage the liberal’s boogeyman.

Have you seen (Salon.com) Glenn Greenwald’s article on the evil FoxNews and white militants? Greenwald who clearly spends to much time in the salon, really needs to get out and get some fresh air. His article has already been broken down by News Busters’s Warner Todd Huston in his article “The 1990s are back, Glenn Greenwald is Worried About Angry White Racist Militias” and debunks many of the fears and misinformation put forth by the loony left Greenwald’s article. Greenwald spends a lot of time focusing on Glenn Beck and Fox News. I will admit that while I enjoy Beck, he can be a bit of a ‘doomsdayer’ at times. Huston has covered many of the points I would have made regarding this issue so I’ll defer you to his article. There is way to much other stuff going on right now that will keep me on my soapbox. That I hope to find time to address them … I’ve got to work you know, I have a lot of mortgages and slackers depending on me. My trip to my CPA this morning reminded me of that annoying fact.

In short Glenn Greenwald is an idiot, Warner Todd Huston is not.
