GUEST POST: Seething Misdirection

GUEST POST by Tee Jay originally post in Sept 24, 2012 on the InTheFaceOfHumanity blog the opinion expressed herein are those of the author.

As we head into the campaigns this year yet again do we see politicians drive us into social issue divides, Pro life against Pro choice, Homosexuals against traditional marriage, black against white , and yet society fails to realize these are mere symptoms of the big problems that are not being fixed or addressed. Politics thrives and feeds off these communities to create diversions.

The real problem lies within the government itself. What we have is a government that has forgotten it’s people and have been so focused on it’s demand of foreign interests. America is now caught up in a catch 22. And since the days of Jimmy Carter America started paying the Taliban to crush and clear resistances within the middle east to expand it’s foreign oil. This was done in order to move oil around the Soviet Union. It was by no accident that we developed relations with Pakistan, Egypt, and others within the Middle East. When any business develops in another country certain aspects happen like the fact it must use resources there. Thus creating another depletion like food or water, expanding yet again country or world crisis.

When the Taliban became less effective in being able to secure locations for oil a conflict arose. America had paid the Taliban money for a job that it effectively did not complete. Thus making way for 9-11. Absolutely no President in the last 50 years is not guilty of this. The main focus within Afghanistan currently where are troops are fighting is to secure the pipeline which we paid for. Do the American people know this in general? NO.

What we do know is America, even other countries like us like the United Kingdom have been pushed and media bombarded with consumerism. We rely less on family and friends and self reliance as we do products.  That our happiness is derived from things.  This is where the American people can make a difference.  The government  answers the fallout to this as its a social problem that is our fault, answering with more regulations, more penalties, more taxes all while keeping the media engaging and focusing on selling you everything you can think off. False flag on happiness. The more people chase that false flag trying to fill that happiness void the more greed and crime take place and the scrutiny falls upon the citizens and away from the government creating it. The government creates illusions that they are there for the people , helping the people. They are there simply to divide the people .

Ask yourself a few questions. If global warming is an issue how come their isn’t subsidies to build wind power or solar power, to use in country resources? Is my leadership really giving me access to this? Is my government giving more access to land for crops? Are our water ways and water plants really being taken care of and up to par on regulations to make it safe ?  The answer is unequivocally no for the past 50 years. More land is being secured by the government and not the people, our water has extremely loose regulations. The government opposes our own resources being used, especially if they are cleaner and more efficient. Governments, states, counties and cities fight individuals who build wind and solar power. Very few have realized the potential socially and economically.

Currently we have a country run by banks, owned by banks and the largest is a privately owned bank most know as  the Federal Reserve, in reality that no one knows the individuals whom own it other than it’s owned by several from all over the world. Words are whispered in the halls of congress of the fear these people. In closing, we as people have to shut down this consumer driven society and get back to the realities of friends and families. Get rid of the Federal Reserve and banks strong arming America. Make government responsible for it it’s actions on a much steeper scale. Get back to our country and our resources and make us thrive from within.

Tax Deductions = Loopholes???

The Democrats are painting all tax deductions as loopholes and if you use them you are cheating those that pay no taxes… well I’m not rich, far from it in fact and I take tax deductions and if that means the moochers get less in handouts from the taxes I pay – so be it and whoopty do. I have worked for little money I get and the things I have, the moochers didn’t and somehow I’m a cheater if I take a Home Mortgage deductions or school expenses on top of all the school taxes I pay or businesses expenses that exceed the 2% rule or a child tax credit and various others – that’s make me a cheater while those abusing the system and living off my dime are not? Deductions are not loopholes that where put in place to spur economic growth and the same asses now calling them loopholes for cheaters voted for them.

If not why else would the democrats push for tax breaks on green energy, energy star appliances and hybrid cars? That’s the stuff they want you to buy to create a false demand for over priced products and in turn create some economic growth for green producers.

But the single biggest tax deduction most average John and Jane Citizen take is their home mortgage deduction and since interest on home mortgages is front loaded this benefits young struggling home owners the most and the democrat have purposed taking this away and labeling people that go out and buy a home that can’t pay cash for it as some sort of sneaky elitist ripping off the government by taking a deduction that they put in place.

The democrat-socialist suck!

Let me ask you how many people would be able to buy a home if they couldn’t take this deduction and suffered a higher tax liability in addition to front loaded interest mortgages? Not too damn many – how many people would even qualify for a loan?

This is the Democrat tactic to paint those that work and pay taxes and utilize the tax code put in place by congress as some sort of tax cheater by using their rules they made. They also falsely claim that the continuation of the Bush era tax rate is a tax cut – that is a bald face lie, you will not see a tax cut if the Bush era tax cut are extended- you tax rate will not change and no change in tax rate is no cut. It’s all hype.

What Obama wants to do is to go over the cliff and have the middle class tax rates go up and then after they go up plead with congress while blaming the republicans to roll them back to what they were and then run around thumping his chest claiming that what was the Bush tax rates that sunk the economy and now its the Obama tax cuts that will save it even though there is not change in tax rates… it’s all smoke and mirrors by Obama to make Obama look like the hero and the low information voters will buy it because they are stupid moron that should be allowed to vote.

This is the game they are playing – so what the Republicans should do is go ahead and purpose $800 Billion in tax increases on those making over $250K and $800 Billion in spending cuts that go in to effect immediately and if the spending cuts do not go into effect then the tax increases get rolled back immediately. See democrats want want tax increases to spend more but they never want to cut…

You are never going to educate the low information voters – they are willfully stupid that only way they will ever learn is to have it effect them in a way they can not ignore – there pocket book.

The Most Absurd ‘Loophole’ in the Tax Code

And I mean absurd in the most literal sense. We all know that the U.S. tax code is riddled with “loopholes”, exemptions and deductions intended to incentivize certain activities. Many of these are of dubious provenance and questionable utility. But, there is one that is particularly ridiculous. As in, how can this possibly be thought of as a loophole? But, to the technocrats in the federal government, the tax you don’t have to pay on the value of rent you don’t have to pay because you own your home is a loophole.

Read that last sentence again. Its called “The Imputed Net Rental Income on Owner-Occupied Housing” and the feds include it in their annual list of “tax expenditures.” That term is how Washington officially refers to credits, deductions and exemptions. Here’s how the federal government describes it:

Under the baseline tax system, the taxable income of a taxpayer who is an owner-occupant would include the implicit value of gross rental income on housing services earned on the investment in owner-occu-pied housing and would allow a deduction for expenses, such as interest, depreciation, property taxes, and other costs, associated with earning such rental income. In con- trast, the Tax Code allows an exclusion from taxable in- come for the implicit gross rental income on housing ser- vices, while in certain circumstances allows a deduction for some costs associated with such income, such as for mortgage interest and property taxes.

Let’s say you own a home and your mortgage is $1,000 a month. If, however, you instead rented the home from a landlord your rent, let’s say, would be $2,000 a month. To the mandarins at the IRS, you are “earning” an implied $1,000 a month because you own and not rent, and that “value” should be added to your taxable income. If you own your home out-right and don’t have a mortgage at all, you would be “earning” $2,000 a month which the IRS thinks should be added to your taxable income.

I have no doubt there is an elaborate, overly complicated theory for how this makes sense. But elaborate, overly complicated theories are also often silly. I own a car. If I didn’t, I would have to rent one from a rental firm, which would be considerably more expensive. Is the difference between my car payment and hypothetical rental fees something I “earned” which should be added to my taxable income?

Yes it is, say the bureaucrats in Washington.

This, to me, is a sign of how big a challenge we face in reigning in Washington. When the feds consider money I don’t have to pay because of a choice I made as a taxable event, then the leviathan is truly all-consuming.

Oh, and the feds list this exemption as one of the top “loopholes” in the tax code. They estimate that it “costs” the feds over $50 billion a year to not levy this tax. Yes, in Washington, items exempt from taxation are considered “costs” the government bears. This may be true in a strict economics sense, but it is also very revealing of how the government looks at its citizens.

Any scrap they let us keep is a “cost” they are kind enough to bear.

Liberals miss the irony of their petition…

There are petition from citizens in all 50 states to secede from the Union…it’s there constitutional right to questions and petition their government. The odds of a state actually seceding from the Union is slim to none as it’s more of a statement than a realistic goal…

White House ‘secede’ petitions reach 675,000 signatures, 50-state participation

But liberal have a real problem with the First Amendment and so they decided to use the First Amendment to suppress and punish those that exercise the First Amendment by asking those that sign and petition are stripped of citizenship…

W.H. Petition Calls for Stripping Citizenship and Exile for Anyone Who Signs Petition to Secede

I say do it… strip me of my citizenship…very little will change, I’m not moving, I’m still going to vote just like the illegals… I’ll just be off the government rolls so I guess I’ll no longer pay taxes. So go ahead… it’ll save me money while I still enjoy all the perks and benefits for those still paying.

Idiots.

Thank you, America

Taken from the Daily Caller

Thank you, America. Thank you for re-electing Barack Obama.

Thank you for solidifying Obamacare. Thank you for ensuring that my health insurance rates will rise to the point where my employer drops my coverage. Thank you for future higher prescription drug prices, for lower quality care, for long lines to see my doctor, and for allowing a board of 15 people to determine my fate. Thank you, America.

Thank you, America, for making sure our media will be taking a coffee break for the next four years instead of holding our elected officials accountable (unless they’re Republicans, of course). Thank you for making sure we’ll never find out about how we lost a brave border agent who was shot by a gun from a government gun-running operation. Thank you for making sure we won’t find out about why our president lied about the circumstances surrounding the death of an ambassador. Thank you for seeing to it that we won’t find out that the government’s response to Sandy was worse than its response to Katrina. Thank you, America.

Thank you, America, for making sure we’ll continue to have an education system that teaches children that you are bad while ignoring the genius of your Declaration of Independence and your Constitution; that teaches children about birth control and gender equality but steers clear of God; that teaches children to rely on the government for the things they need instead of on themselves. Thank you, America.

Thank you, America, for ensuring that we will continue to run up huge deficits. Thank you for ensuring the continued abuse of the Fed, which will be free to print more money, eventually making it worth less than the paper it’s printed on. Thank you for piling that debt on my children, so they’ll have to work for your government and China’s, rather than for themselves and their families. Thank you, America.

Thank you, America, for making sure our military strength will be greatly reduced, in men and in supplies and equipment. Thank you for cementing poor relationships with our allies while coddling our enemies. Thank you for ensuring Iran gets a nuclear weapon, which it will not be afraid to use, probably resulting in another deadly global conflict down the road. Thank you, America.

Thank you, America, for ensuring that proposed regulations on oil drilling and coal mining will be implemented, which will cause gas and electricity prices to spike. Thank you for ensuring that we won’t be able to build new power plants and refineries. And thank you especially because these things will cause our everyday necessities, like food and transportation, to cost us more than ever before. Thank you, America.

Thank you, America, for ensuring that our religious institutions will be dictated to by your government, that they will have to provide services such as contraception and abortion even though doing so defies their most basic beliefs. Thank you, America.

Thank you, America, for making sure we will continue to further divide ourselves into groups and see ourselves only by our race, gender, age, sexual orientation and income, instead of seeing each other as Americans. Thank you, America.

Thank you, America, for the judges who will soon be sitting behind the benches in our courts, who will render decisions based on ideological social beliefs while ignoring the Constitution they’ve sworn to uphold. Thank you, America.

Yes, thank you, America, for all of these wonderful gifts you’ve given us by re-electing Barack Obama.

Of course, if I was bitter, I would have used another word besides “thank” in front of “you.”

WTF? Over 54 million morons…

First off… as many of you know I’m a Libertarian, but I have enough sense to know that the Libertarian Party hasn’t got a rats ass chance in hell of winning on their ticket. So change is going to have to come by taking over the Republican Party… I’ll have a post coming up in a few days or so about this, right all I can say is …  I did my part – Kentucky was the first state called for Romney and some counties were 90% for Romney… most were 70% or more so all I can say is I did my part and I’m tired… I’m tired of the election, the politics, the bullshit… all of it. So I’m taking some time off – I don’t know how long but I can tell you I’m sick of politics and all that goes with it. I need a break from the stress.

So  here is a final map of Kentucky only 4 of the 120 counties went for Obama… KENTUCKY MAP

What to do now… I guess while I’m taking a break I could adopt an attitude of if you can’t beat them join them and go out and get a ObamaPhone, go on the dole and let others flip the bill … why work? Hell what work? Mine has dried up and jobs are far and few between.  So why bother? Why should I care? This asshole is going to bankrupt the country and drive the cost of goods and services through the roof because we have more idiots in this country than we do thinking adults. Obama is going to kill the coal, gas and oil industry and I guess we’re all going to power our home on his bullshit and hot air…

And as I post on the Facebook page before the death nail was put in the coffin…

No matter who wins tonight, this country is going to pot.

The fact that an election can be this close when we have a person with the background and policies of Barack Hussein Obama proves that we have an electorate that is largely uninformed, desirous of free stuff, and basically lacking in any critical thinking skills what-so-ever. And besides, the shrinking percentage of voters with any intellectual skills remaining are bombarded constantly with misinformation and skillfully censored information by a large contingent of whores in the media who sell there bodies and brains to the liberal elite.

Yes, you heard me right. We live in a nation piling up with more and more useless human idiots because they are allowed and encouraged by liberal policies that taking is OK and giving is not necessary. Now, would you like to know what I really think? If you are one of those idiots, well then do something to get out of that category why don’t you.

So over 54 million Americans and illegals voted for Obama once or twice or three times proving this country is as I’ve expected full of idiots. Now I guess all we have to look forward to now is December 21, 2012 the alleged Mayan doomsday when the world explodes.

I’ll be waiting.

2 more days…48 hour…

7.9% unemployment

When Obama took office unemployment was 7.8% there has been no progress from the progressive to improve it.

Jobs report: 171K jobs added, jobless rate rises to 7.9%

The U-6 number didn’t move much from the previous month.  It was 14.7%, and it’s now 14.6%.  When Obama took office, it was 14.2%; six months ago, it was 14.5%.  The overall unemployment situation isn’t improving significantly at all.  The number of people not in the workforce declined by 269,000, but at 88.341 million, it’s still higher than every month this year before August, and it’s 2.28 million higher than it was a year ago.

3 Days to go…

3 days to vote Obama out…

The National Debt January 2009 when Bush left office was:

$10,669,804,864,612.13

That covered 233 years of spending – too much any way you slice it.

Today the debt is…

$16,043,291,621,456.00

Of course in the time it takes me to post this we’ll have blown past this number…

http://www.usdebtclock.org/

That is over $5.5 TRILLION racked up by Obama is less than 4 years with nothing to show for it but more debt.

Obama goes Romney on Sandy…

This will be quick I’ve got tons of leaves to get up before it rains tomorrow and that can take a while…

During the debate and throughout his political career Obama has criticized the republican position of getting rid of regulations, unions and streamlining government to cut the red tape to economic  progress and development.

You’ve heard them the republicans want dirty air, dirty water and your children to eat dirt, poison and DIE etc etc…

Well now Obama is lifting the regulation to speed recovery of Sandy – he is inditing his own beliefs as a roadblock to recovery. The big government does not make things better it makes them worse and they have to be removed to get anything done.

Obama vows ‘no red tape,’ will tour storm damage in New Jersey

Well why is there red tape to cut? Why is the government a roadblock and not a conduit to recovery? That should be fixed.

Now the pro-Union Obama is lifting the Jones Act as non-Union ships are turned away from helping the storm damage and delivering fuel.

U.S. Waives Jones Act to Help Responding to Storm Sandy

And now the EPA is lifting regulation to help get gas to the storm area…

EPA relaxes gasoline regulations for New Jersey

Well why does fuel have so many different grades anyway? Why are there regulation to lift just to sell gas from one state to another?

Frustration at the pump reaches dangerous levels

But still the Obama backed Unions are causing problems…

Decatur Utilities crews home after issues with union

Then there is FEMA …

FEMA fail: Only 4 of 400 generators installed

Here is the deal everything the liberals believe in EPA regulations, Unions,  big Government with lots of red tape is proving the biggest problem to the recovery after Sandy and all of those are the very things that most of the Republicans want to reduce in size and streamline to run more efficiently. Everything that Obama believe is having to be waved to make headway.

So it is funny that in order to get something done in this country even the socialist while acting presidential Obama has to adopt conservative positions and beliefs to speed progress.

Just think what can be done if we had conservative in charge across the board – then the nation will see a real recovery, not this fake cook booked crap we’ve had under Obama. God they are moron…

OK back to burning gas in two big motors to get up leaves – because I can and because I’ve got it and then I’m going to burn the leaves to contribute to global warming.
