Senior administration officials would not disclose a precise figure for the entire budget, but said it would likely fall between $3.8 trillion and $4 trillion for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1.
Between $3.8 trillion and $4 trillion? Let me guess, Obama is going to claim he inherited this one too? That somehow this huge monstrous deficit will be blamed on Bush, anyone want to bet? (UPDATE: He did it, he blamed Bush, he said there was hidden spending … please Obama you were in the Senate!) This is the largest deficit spending as a percentage of the economy since WWII, yet he continues to blame Bush … at some point he has to take ownership of this debt he is running up.

I bill hasn’t be fully released yet, I’ll link it when it is. I swear is this another magic trick? He’s making tax dollars disappear faster than any person in history. The main reason he is spending so much so fast is he knows the honeymoon will not last forever and that the America people as a whole will catch on to this one trick pony, he can’t keep passing back the blame forever.
