Democrat support the raping of women and children

First let me say that the Democrats whining about a random brick thrown at windows that they can’t not prove who did it is nothing compared to violent rape that the Democrats support – not only are the Progressive Democrats raping America but also by allowing sex offenders to continue to “arm” themselves with a little blue pill – they are supporting violence against women and children the very people they claim the champion. It’s a sad, sad day in America when the majority party cares so little for the women and children and of our country that they would refuse to ban sex offenders from receiving government funded Viagra.

As the highly flawed ObamaCare bill has been signed by Dopey the Senate must take up a number of “fixes” to this crap. The the Democrat Party decided it would be a good idea if sex offenders and child rapist had access to Viagra and killed the Coburn amendment by a vote of 57-42 with the GOP voting fully to ban it – seems the Democrats don’t care if they leave sexual predators on the street fully “armed” to assault and attack again.

Coburn Amendment: Bars Sex Offenders from Receiving E.D. Drugs

Senator Coburn has offered an amendment (#3556 – link) regarding distribution of erectile dysfunction drugs to sex offenders.

Summary:

* The amendment would establish a fraud prevention and claims processing system to prevent approval of fraudulent claims, the abuse of prescription drugs through “doctor shopping,” and filling of claims filed by debarred or excluded Medicare and Medicaid providers. The amendment prohibits plans administered by the federal government and health Exchanges from covering erectile dysfunction drugs for “individuals convicted of child molestation, rape, or other forms of sexual assault.” Finally, the amendment would prohibit federal reimbursement for abortifacients, except in cases of rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother.

Background:

* The amendment would slightly reduce the projected $2.6 trillion in spending under the health law by ensuring that the federal government does not cover erectile dysfunction drugs for convicted sex offenders.
* The amendment provides additional tools to reduce the incidence of fraud in government health programs.
* The amendment also ensures that the President’s promise that “under our plan, no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions” by ensuring that federal funds are not used for prescription drugs that have the intent of causing an abortion.

Dems reject amendment to ban Viagra for sex offenders

Democrats killed an amendment by Republican Sen. Tom Coburn to prevent the newly created insurance exchanges from using federal money to cover Viagra and other erectile dysfunction drugs for rapists, pedophiles and other sex offenders. The amendment failed 57-42
