That’s your tax cut, $13.00 a week starting in June dropping to $8.00 by January 2010. Go forth and stimulate the economy … spend, spend, spend that $13.00 a week and buy things like …. like … hmmm … lunch! Yea that’s it by lunch for one! But since they don’t start this windfall profit until June you have plenty of time to figure out just how you are going to spend it.

Q: What are some of the tax breaks in the bill?
A: It includes Obama’s signature “Making Work Pay” tax credit for 95 percent of workers, though negotiators agreed to trim the credit to $400 a year instead of $500 — or $800 for married couples, cut from Obama’s original proposal of $1,000. It would begin showing up in most workers’ paychecks in June as an extra $13 a week in take-home pay, falling to about $8 a week next January.
There is also a $70 billion, one-year fix for the alternative minimum tax. The fix would save some 20 million mainly upper-middle-income taxpayers about $2,000 in taxes for 2009.
I know you’re dreaming of trips the tropic, a new car, a new house and other luxuries. Well you can have it provided you can get it for $13.00 a week. What a joke … stimulus my ass.

Michelle speaking to a group of people in Michigan: “You are a getting $600,” meaning the rebate. “You’re getting $600. What can you do with that? I mean, not to be ungrateful or anything, but maybe it pays down a bill. But it doesn’t pay down every bill every month. Barack’s approach is that the short-term quick fix kind of stuff sounds good and it may even feel good for that first month when you get that check and then you go out, you buy a pair of earrings.”
Well tell wench, what can you do with $13.00 a week genius? You can’t even pay a bill down or buy some earrings, so what the hell Michelle, tell me how is this stimulus? You and your husband have the combined IQ of houseplant … hey maybe for $13.00 I can get a houseplant, a small one and then I’ll order some Aquaglobe with my next big tax cut.
