Yes it looks like little Timmy “Tax Cheat” Geithner who failed to master the rather simple program of Turbo Tax is as head of the IRS going to be in charge of making sure you get the unconstitutionally mandated health care or else.
(SIDE NOTE: This health care bill violates so many constitution rules it’s laughable… look up “Bill of Attainder” and “Linder vs. United States” and then get back to me.)
Final Health Care Bill May Require Proof of Insurance on Tax Returns
As if U.S. tax forms aren’t complicated enough, Congress is expected to include in the final health care reform bill a requirement that nearly all Americans have health insurance and prove it on their tax returns or face a fine.
Did you know that there is about 85,000 pages of various tax rules and regulation in the IRS give or take a few thousand pages and now they want to make the IRS the health care enforcer? Please! First of all I’m not going to pay their fine it’s illegal, I’m not going to provide proof of jack and I’m not all that sure I’m going to pay taxes ever again until these ass-wipes in Washington learn to spend responsibly. I’m sick of giving money to the slackers and losers sucking on the government tit without ever having paid a damn dime into the system. I’m not hear to support the lazy bastards that think the world owes them something… they are not owed squat.
I’ve said it before I’m 100% self-insured and I’ve paid out of pocket for ALL my health care I’ve never stiffed the doctor nor expected the rest of America to pay for care… I suppose if I had something serious that could break me I could go to the VA as a veteran but having been to a couple of VA hospitals decades ago I’d sooner go see a witch doctor than these med school drop outs at the VA.
But that’s not all, oh no… there is a marriage tax penalty as well.
Senate health care bill creates new marriage penalty
“If you have insurance, you get taxed. If you don’t have insurance, you get taxed. If you need a life-saving medical device, you get taxed. If you need prescription medicines, you get taxed,” said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, Kentucky Republican
Married Couples Pay More Than Unmarried Under Health Bill
For an unmarried couple with income of $25,000 each, combined premiums would be capped at $3,076 per year, under the House bill. If the couple gets married, with a combined income of $50,000, their annual premium cap jumps to $5,160 — a “penalty” of $2,084.
So if this bill passes and you household only makes $50K, get a divorce and you’ll save $2,084.00 a year enough for a pretty nice vacation and a 4% saving on your taxes and wouldn’t you rather have that money?
I don’t spend a lot of time on this health care garbage anymore, because honestly it just pisses me off as it is so flawed, so corrupt, so full of back room deal. Violates so many rules and a bad deal for America. Does something need to be done with the current health care system, yes? And I am sick of the Party of Lies democrats saying that no other ideas have been put forth, plenty of idea have been put forth it’s just that the Party of Lies don’t want to hear it.
You want ideas…
Tort reform.
Tax free health saving accounts.
Cross state line health care sales.
Competitive drug pricing.
The reality is we are going to have to wean people off government hand out, we just can’t afford to supplies health care, food, housing, cell phones, money to the slackers of the countries. They are going to have to be as Ben Franklin says “uncomfortable in their poverty.”
So…
Medicare and Medicaid for major medical only.
Medicaid patients who abuse emergency room visits for sniffles have to pay out of pocket.
It’s not that difficult but the Party of Lies is too blinded by partisan party politics to listen.
