Reid bill will cost $849 billion
Have you heard the CBO scored the healthcare bill and Dingy Harry Reid is running around claiming that it’s ONLY… ONLY $849,000,000,000.00 over the next 10 years that’s $849 BILLION we don’t have to spend and AND it’s going to SAVE $127,000,000,000.00 over the next 10 years… Only congress can spend $849 BILLION and claim they saved $127 BILLION… it’s insane. Keep in mind this year alone the debt is 1,500,000,000,000.00 ($1.5 TRILLION) and under this plan they claim we’re going to save $12,700,000,000.00 ($12.7 BILLION) each year… it doesn’t add up, $12.7B will not even cover the interest on the debt they created this year alone and they are perdicting trillion dollar debts as far as the eye can see… please!
Do you believe it? Do you believe we’re going to add 30 million (it’s not 30 but we’ll get there later) people to the government rolls and it’s not going to cost anything more? I don’t… why?
Well they start collecting taxes on year one 2010 if passed, the “services” don’t go into effect until 2013 conveniently after the next election year and 3 year after the collecting of taxes start… so they are basing their numbers on an extra 30% (3 years) worth of taxes collected… additionally there is another bill that they stripped from the healthcare and created as a different bill (I can’t remember the name of it) that’s only $250 BILLION… so someone tell me how something can cost $1.099 TRILLION (849+250) and by some feat of magic you save $127 Billion? Anyone? Anyone?
It doesn’t add up. But get this … this bill only cover 94% of all American… seems to me for a trillion bucks it’d better cover 100% so lets do a little more math, not congressional math but real math…
The U.S. populations is 304,059,724 and 6% of that number is 18,243,583.. they say that 30,000,000 Americans are uninsured… and this massive overhaul of a bill is only going to pick up about 11.8 million of those? What about the 18.2 million it doesn’t cover? Oh you never hear them talking about that… but it’s their words and their numbers.. they just never come out and say it.
Call your Senator… call them often stop this before we are all screwed.
