Interview with the President: Jail Time for Those without Health Care Insurance?
Check out the video in the link above and how uncomfortable Obama is answering these question about jail… he knows it’s WRONG but he’s all for it.
Obama said…
“penalties are appropriate for people who try to free ride the system and force others to pay for their health insurance.”
Obama said penalties have to be high enough for people to not game the system, but it’s also important to not be “so punitive” that people who are having a hard time find themselves suddenly worse off
Yeah, $25,00 fine and a year in jail will cause most people to find themselves suddenly worse off…. gawd what an idiot. So what are you suppose to do if you have to decide between feeding your children and obeying this unconstitutional law? (if it passes)

Would that be anything like the millions of “people free riding the system” and “burdening others” on welfare, food stamps, Section 8 housing… for generation after generation? Is that what you’re talking about Obama and Pelosi, you putzes? It one thing to get a little public help in a pinch, I’ve never done it… but the generational welfare families are the burden and system gamers they are putting on others?
By the way if you don’t get health insurance you can go to jail as a felon… yes refusing to make a freedom of choice will be a felony in America… meanwhile coming into this country illegally of just a misdemeanor. Welfare fraud is just a misdemeanor.
You know why it’s a felony? Because technically felons can’t vote and who do you think will protest this unconstitutional law… conservatives and like nothing better than the conservatives not allowed to vote, only liberal felons can vote.
