STIMULUS WATCH: Salary raise counted as saved job

President Barack Obama’s economic recovery program saved 935 jobs at the Southwest Georgia Community Action Council, an impressive success story for the stimulus plan. Trouble is, only 508 people work there.

Well it’s that a surprise a COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION lying… surely it must be an error they’re all nonpartisan and would never distort the information to suit an agenda or perhaps they spent to much time in school composing songs to the Dear Leader and not learning basic math?

But they said this is why ….

At Southwest Georgia Community Action Council in Moultrie, Ga., director Myrtis Mulkey-Ndawula said she followed the guidelines the Obama administration provided. She said she multiplied the 508 employees by 1.84 — the percentage pay raise they received — and came up with 935 jobs saved.

“I would say it’s confusing at best,” she said. “But we followed the instructions we were given.”

They followed the instructions? Either someone in the White House is mathematically challenged or they are… see this is why we need to focus more on subjects like math and science in school and not sex ed and gay rights (in addition to singing songs to Obama)… if they gave there employees a 1.84% raise then you’d multiply the 508 by 0.0184 for a so-called (laughable) jobs saved as 9 POINT 35 jobs (9.35 jobs)… it’s basic ass math people … go back to school!! Because the difference between 6 and 5 can be very damned important. So to recap.. to times it by 1.84 would be a 184% raise, gawd these people are idiots. (See Spot run, run Spot run.)

See “1″ would like 100% and “.84″ would be 84% for a total of 184% so if you want to figure out what – say 17% of 359 is… then times (X) 359 by .17 … it’s simple 359X.17 = 61.03 it’s not rocket science.

Liberals and math it’s just not a good mix it’s oil and water, thus why we get fuzzy math, jobless recoveries and deficit neutral spending it doesn’t work.

It seems a pay raise is a job saver too, imagine that….

About two-thirds of the 14,506 jobs claimed to be saved under one federal office, the Administration for Children and Families at Health and Human Services, actually weren’t saved at all, according to a review of the latest data by The Associated Press. Instead, that figure includes more than 9,300 existing employees in hundreds of local agencies who received pay raises and benefits and whose jobs weren’t saved.

But if that’s not enough, check out this excuse…

But officials defended the practice of counting raises as saved jobs.

“If I give you a raise, it is going to save a portion of your job,” HHS spokesman Luis Rosero said

Bah..hahahahaha! And just which part of the job would that be that was saved? Lunch break? Smoke break? Which part?

These people couldn’t pour piss out of a boot if the direction were written on the heel.
