Yes Newt Gingrich does 180 and now supports Hoffman… yep Dede Scozzafava drops out of the race and then Newt spins his support for Hoffman… so tell me this Newt if Scozzafava was such a great choice to begin with as a anti-Pelosi, anti-tax, anti- big government canidate… then why did she turn around and endorse the pro-Pelosi, pro-tax, pro big government DEMOCRAT canidate? Explain that!

One day after she suspended her own campaign and declined to publicly endorse either of her opponents, Republican Assemblywoman Dede Scozzafava has formally announced her support for Democratic candidate Bill Owens. …
This isn’t a huge surprise. According to the Watertown Times, Scozzafava, who is angry about the indignities she suffered at the hands of Conservative nominee Doug Hoffman, was quietly encouraging her supporters yesterday to support Owens.
In addition, her labor leader husband, Ron McDougall, issued a late-night endorsement of Owens via a statement released by the AFL -CIO, which signaled the start of a labor wave moving from Scozzafava’s camp to Owens’ side. This could prove critical when it comes to the GOTV effort.
Oh her husband is a labor leader with the AFL-CIO… Newt is that not a clue for your ass that’s she’s a RINO?
Let’s flashback to Newt’s endorsement of Scozzafava…
Now fast forward a couple of days…

You guys will dump on him as a johnny-come-lately, but (a) his support for Scozzafava was always strategic, driven more by stopping the Democrats next year than stopping Hoffman and (b) as her most prominent Republican supporter, this is the most important endorsement Hoffman could have right now aside from Scozzafava’s (or maybe Snowe’s or Collins’s)
You’re right I’m going to dump on Newt as a johnny-come-lately because he is a johnny-come-lately. He’s is and has been a finger in the wind backer for a long time… if he knew squat about Scozzarava he would have endorsed Hoffman from the get go. Michael Steele was the RINO’s response to the radicals’ Manchild in the Promised Land Obama. When I heard Steele had been picked I groaned. Loudly. The reason for the selection was soooo obvious. It was the Me-too reponse of the so-called-right who wanted to appear “inclusive” and “relevant” in the New Age of Everything Must Be Black to Be Hip and Authentic. So we got a bespectacled bumbling mumbler who has as much fire and conviction in his rhetoric and well…Dedee Scozzzzzzzzzzzzzafavalava. And then we have Newt. Defying the Laws of Gravitas. Newt the Shape Shifter extrordinairre. Newt the New World Orderly and programmed Globot of the One World Order preaching about the glories of George Washington and our Christian roots gallumphing across the country with a radical homosexual who wants to “queer” the schools and who is the antithesis of GW and let’s not even bother to mention that Christain root thing, for real obvious reasons. Newt, his grinning face popping up like some demented Jack in the Box just when you think his batteries have worn down and someone hid the charger. He’s here. He’s wayyyy over there! He is on his third wife and they are a Serious Couple furiously writing historical books proving how much they both revere our American Heritage so he can now go on and do all those other things which contradict everything he purports to revere and you can sit there feeling like you were hit with a smoldering timber smack dab in the midsection of your exploding cranium. That ain’t hack, that’s whack and wack. Time to take the country back. Sans Newt.
