George Stephanopoulos spoke to Obama this Sunday on health care… let’s have a look.

Obama said… (and I’m paraphrasing here)
A fine for you not having health insurance is not a tax.
Yes it is… any monies I pay to the government for a service I didn’t ask for is a tax, plain and simple.

Number three, it’s going to be deficit neutral — it’s not going to add a dime to the deficit, now or in the future.
What idiot believes this? How can you put an extra 30 million people on the health care rolls and not increase the cost? Answer is, you can’t… well that is unless you decide that you are going to start rationing care and pulling the plug on Grandma.
[W]e’ve done everything we can and you actually can afford health insurance, but you’ve just decided, you know what, I want to take my chances. And then you get hit by a bus and you and I have to pay for the emergency room care,
No genius if you get hit by a bus the bus company has insurance that will pay your health care, it’s called liability insurance and that’s why we have auto insurance to protect the OTHER person and not the carrier. Obama on occasion uses auto insurance to justify health care insurance, well you don’t carry auto insurance for yourself, you carry it in case you hit or run over someone else… so what are to have health care insurance in case we sneeze on some one and they get’s sick.
[H]ealth insurance is absolutely not a tax increase. What it’s saying is, is that we’re not going to have other people carrying your burdens for you anymore than the fact that right now everybody in America, just about, has to get auto insurance. Nobody considers that a tax increase.
I know a lot of people that consider it a tax increase no matter what Obama says… perhaps he’d like a list OR perhaps he could haul his ass on Fox News and sell it there as that’s the channel they watch.
Obama continued to deny it’s a tax increase and I’ll give props to Stephanopoulos…
STEPHANOPOULOS: I — I don’t think I’m making it up. Merriam Webster’s Dictionary: Tax — “a charge, usually of money, imposed by authority on persons or property for public purposes.”
OBAMA: George, the fact that you looked up Merriam’s Dictionary, the definition of tax increase, indicates to me that you’re stretching a little bit right now. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have gone to the dictionary to check on the definition. I mean what…

STEPHANOPOULOS: I wanted to check for myself. But your critics say it is a tax increase.
OBAMA: My critics say everything is a tax increase. My critics say that I’m taking over every sector of the economy. You know that.
Look, we can have a legitimate debate about whether or not we’re going to have an individual mandate or not, but…
STEPHANOPOULOS: But you reject that it’s a tax increase?
OBAMA: I absolutely reject that notion.
And you are trying to take over every sector of the economy and I reject your notion it’s not a tax increase. If you force me to pay monies to the government to proved others with services, it’s a tax.
OBAMA: And what I’ve said, what we talked about during the campaign, are there some people who don’t like me because of my race? I’m sure there are. Are there some people who vote for me only because of my race? There are probably some of those too.
You got 98% of the Black vote and you say probably? Give me a stinking break.
OBAMA: I think that there are some opponents who have used — seized on this and tried to use this as a proxy for saying that somehow we are vastly expanding government and taking over every sector of the economy.
That’s what a lot of this debate is about…
STEPHANOPOULOS: And…
OBAMA: I think they’re wrong.
The debt is at record highs, four time that of Bush, you’ve taken over the care companies, banks, mortgage industry, and are talking about the newspapers… and you say they are wrong? You Lie!
STEPHANOPOULOS: How about the funding for ACORN?
OBAMA: You know, if — frankly, it’s not really something I’ve followed closely. I didn’t even know that ACORN was getting a whole lot of federal money.
YOU HAD $8,500,0000,000.00 in the stimulus that ACORN was in line for! He didn’t know and he wasn’t paying attention? That’s a lie! Oh sure he watches the Music Award’s and know Kanye west is a jackass but he knew nothing about ACORN! Well Obama maybe you need to turn on Fox News and surf over the BigGovernment.com! What a jackass.
STEPHANOPOULOS: So you’re not committing to — to cut off the federal funding? [to ACORN]
OBAMA: George, this is not the biggest issue facing the country. It’s not something I’m paying a lot of attention to.
Why should you? After all they registered 1000′s of dead people for you, 1000′s of illegals, they only had felons working on the voter registration drive… and felons aren’t even allowed to vote. No it’s not a issue…. if they are in the tank for you.
I didn’t even get close to covering all the outlandish things he said up to and including himself to Ronald Reagan (I’m not sure which interview that was in.) and FDR… FDR maybe as I have about as much use for FDR as I do Jimmy Carter both a couple of left-wing socialist, but for Obama to compare himself to “Ronoldus Magnus” is just a insult! All and all it was more campaign garbage of Obama patting himself on the back all while lying through his teeth.
Obama talked about the uninsured as being a “burden” to the system and those with insurance should be face higher rates to provide medical care for those without insurance… would that be like being forced to pay taxes to provide food stamps, HUD, Section 8 and welfare to those that are to worthless to make their own way in the world? Is that the burden you’re talking about Obama?

How do you know the bill isn’t deficit neutral? Are you a CPA, or an economist?
