Obama speech … YOU LIE!!

Obama disapproval on health care up to 52 percent

Anyway there will be plenty of commentary on this joke fest of a speech so I’m only going to hit on a few….

Obama said…

“I am not the first president to take up this cause, but I am determined to be the last.”

Well I agree with that… I’d be thrilled to never hear about health care debate again… ever. This country has enough handout for the slackers, we don’t need more.

A one point South Carolina Republican Rep. Joe Wilson yelled out during the Obama speech to the joint session of congress… YOU LIE! when Obama made the claim that illegals wouldn’t be covered under his plan… and that guy is right, that’s a lie. Obama himself keeps up the claim that 47 million people aren’t covered, well that number includes ILLEGALS! So what which is it. There are sections of the bill that outline coverage for illegals, albeit not so clearly stated.

All and all I set there listing to this garbage as Obama tried scare tactics to frighten people…. Obama claimed his plan wouldn’t force people onto the government rolls, well that’s a lie as the cost well drive employers onto the plan. As a employer could opt to pay a 8% fine or pay 10-15% for private health care… if you were an employer what would you do, you’d pawn your workers off on the government rolls.

Another thing… I have a real simple question…

IF THIS PLAN WILL REMOVE FRAUD, ABUSE and INEFFICIENCIES OF MEDICARE and MEDICAID… why aren’t well doing that now? Why wait? What’s the hold up? I swear I was setting here screaming at the screen… “Then do it NOW, dumbass! Do it NOW! Why wait to cut fraud and inefficiencies?” Fact is they can’t do it, because of they could then it would have been done and if they can do it and haven’t then someone needs to tell the American people why they have failed? Medicare and Medicaid has over $60,000,000,000.00 EVERY YEAR! in fraud and inefficiencies. (That’s $60 BILLION)

Then Obama said he would “test” tort reform in a small area which is to toss the tiniest of bones to the Republicans… why don’t we test Obama dumb ass health care plan in a tiny area and see how it fails before cramming it down everyone’s throat. Oh that’s right we did in Hawaii and Massachusetts, Hawaii dropped it after 7 months and Massachusetts is broke and several times above the original cost estimates.

Obama also babbled about the cost of the war… well Mr. President it’s your war, you own it… if it cost to much then end it. And that’s the rub the war has an end and national healthcare last forever. So it’s comparing apples and oranges.

Obama also had to cheap shot Sarah Palin, Talk Radio and Fox News because he’s a puerile man-child that’s a whiny-ass baby that’s thinks everything has to be his way or no way. So much for that working across the aisles, that bi-partisanship, that listening to other ideas…

Obama also said that the economy is back from the brink… well I think I covered that BS just 2 days ago here. It’s no place near being back for the brink and saying it doesn’t make it true the numbers just don’t add up.

There is more, but my head is about to explode from listening to this pumpkin head babble on for a hour, I swear he talks to hear himself talk. Perhaps the loons and lemming on the left buy into this crap… but anyone with ounce of sense sees it for the rhetoric it is.
