This is just loony here, Sunsteins believes animals can sue humans, but who would actually sue? Well there human representative and loons like PETA, WWF, Sierra Club and Humane Society of the United States would sue on behalf of animals, but the question would be who would get the money if they won. And knowing this left-wing loon organizations they’d be bring suits as fast as they could file them.

Thaler argued that the main reason that more people do not donate their organs is because they are required to choose donation. … This problem could be remedied if governments changed the laws for organ donation, they said. Currently, unless a patient has explicitly chosen to be an organ donor, either on his driver’s license or with a donor card, the doctors assume that the person did not want to donate and therefore do not harvest his organs. Thaler and Sunstein called this “explicit consent.”
Read it how you want, but what this say is when you die you’re organs are yours when you die… you’re body upon death belongs to the state and if they decide they need your parts, so be it, they’ll take them.

Cass Sunstein is another nutjob Obama czar that has radical off the wall ideas that really deserves a closer look and he does not need to be anyplace close the US Government… if fact I’d recommend that he goes the Danvers State.

Why isn’t there a greater outrage against Sunstein and his EVIL ideas & doctrines? Especially the nonsense about forcing Amerians to “OPT OUT” of organ donations; i.e., unless they can find proof that you said “NO, you cannot have my organs when I die,” they get to harvest your heart, eyes, liver, kidneys, etc., etc.!!!???
We all know how well the OPT OUT worked when we tried to OPT OUT of junk phone calls with the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY! Now imagine how well it will work to OPT OUT of MANDATORY organ donations!
