Excuse me Joe? We guessed wrong? We are dealing with the biggest crisis (Obama’s words) in decades, it’s the worst economic crisis since the great depression (Obama’s words) and we’re guessing (Biden’s words)?

Everyone guessed wrong at the time the estimate was made about what the state of the economy was at the moment this was passed. Now, we’re going to recalibrate this in terms of what we’ve inherited and what, in fact, is going on out there. But look, the bottom line is that jobs are being created that would not have been there before.
They voted on a unread bill and passed it amounting to $787,000,000,000.00 before interest and increases which will top a trillion dollars and we’re guessing?
What happened to holding that unemployment to 7% and now it’s nearly 9.4%
In pushing to get his $787 billion stimulus package passed in Congress, President Obama’s economic team said that without the federal spending jolt, the unemployment rate would hit 8.8 percent by the last fiscal quarter of 2010. With the package, his advisers argued, the unemployment rate would reach only 7 percent.
Republicans Blast Obama Administration as Jobless Rate Hits 9.4 Percent
Well it hit 7% it hit 8% it hit 8.8 percent long before 2010 is even near and it’s hit 9% and now 9.4% and it’s said it’s going to 11% or higher and this was with the so called stimulus bill. But hey they just GUESSED wrong.
But Obama guessed wrong on Iran too, Obama though that his speech would just make everybody in Iran as tingly as Chris Matthews, he found out that not everyone in the world is as impressed with himself as he is and in fact many people don’t give a rats ass what he babbles on about.
Now tonight Obama is back stepping and say that unemployment will hit 10% or higher.
President Barack Obama said the U.S. unemployment rate will reach 10 percent this year, even as the economy begins to emerge from the recession.
“You’re starting to see the engines of the economy turn,” Obama said today in an interview with Bloomberg Television at the White House. “It’s going to take a long time — we had a huge de-leveraging that took place.”
Excuse me? You said it wouldn’t go over 7% if your porkulus bill was passed remember that? What the hell is this 10% stuff? Is this more GUESSING? What’s you guess going to be when it hits 10% and keeps going? 11%, 12% higher? You’re clueless, Biden is clueless and we’re going to have to take decades to clean up this mess you’re making.
