Charges Against ‘New Black Panthers’ Dropped by Obama Justice Dept.
EXCLUSIVE: Career lawyers overruled on voting case

If you are a Christian you could be a domestic terrorist.
If you are a gun owner you could be a domestic terrorist.
If you are against abortion you could be a domestic terrorist.
If you are a Veteran you could be a domestic terrorist.
If you are a New Black Panther holding a weapon and intimidating voters you are free to go.

Three men were accused of trying to threaten voters and block poll and campaign workers by the threat of force — one even brandishing what prosecutors call a deadly weapon.

The three black panthers, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complaint in the final days of the Bush administration with violating the voter rights act by using coercion, threats and intimidation. Shabazz allegedly held a nightstick or baton that prosecutors said he pointed at people and menacingly tapped it. Prosecutors also say he “supports racially motivated violence against non-blacks and Jews.”

From the Washington Times -”The incident – which gained national attention when it was captured on videotape and distributed on YouTube – had prompted the government to sue the men, saying they violated the 1965 Voting Rights Act by scaring would-be voters with the weapon, racial slurs and military-style uniforms.” See following YouTube video.

This is third world country stuff here and to have the charges dropped when the “new” government the accused supported takes power, my question is real simple if this was a group of whites performing “security” at a polling place that supported John McCain would the charges be dropped?

I think not. So not to sound racial but we have a Black Attorney General and a Black President that dropped the charges against a Black hate group, would they be as understanding and forgiving if they were white? Just sayin’

So here is an idea in the 2010 and 2012 election we get the KKK or some other White militant group to stand in front of polling places and see what happens. I dare Obama and Holder to charge them with anything. The weight on the camel back is getting pretty heavy, how many more straws can it take.

So much for the great uniter and again I ask how that hope and change working out for you?
