Yes that could be done, BUT do you really believe the Obama controlled FCC is going to do a damn thing? What did they do about all the prime time "teabagging" comments? Nothing, not even a "shame on you" letter. Remember the F in FCC means FAILED.

CBS has a STATUTORY mandate as an FCC licensed broadcaster, to broadcast "in the public interest" Joking trivializing of minor/youth rape is most definitely COMPLETELY CONTRARY to the public interest.
